    Tried this product with just the benefit of the doubt since silver metal is proven to help in such scenarios. It is not that uncomfortable to wear and light weightiness is a major reason for that. If you can afford it and would like to go with the natural metal route, then go for it. It is expensive obviously as it is 999 silver.Our (My wife and I) 2 cents below:Pros:- Natural metal healing capability. In theory, it works. My wife says will have to see in the long term- Lightweight- Comfortable to wear with a bra- Build quality is good- Comes in a nice little box with a cover included. It is a giftable item if precious metals are your thingCons:- It is expensive being silver and would not appeal to many customers- It is a hard metal and hence protrudes when you wear these, so not very elegant while going out

    We got these for our daughter in law who is always complaining about her sore boobs from the baby feeding...honestly I wish I didn't know so much!...but we saw these and grabbed them for her...after 3 days she called and said these things are a god send!...her exact words were " I love my silver nipples...if I had wrist bands to match I'd feel like wonder woman"...LoL...they are pure .999 silver and very light
