The cups are very thin and lightweight, and small in diameter. They are too small for my nipples.

I just have to say that this is one of the things that you don't know that yo need it until you have it. Really Really helpful product. is hard to wear a bra with cracked nipples. that's not a problem anymore.
I recommend clean the cups after every use and put it in the refrigerator they feel better when they are cold.
